Liz is currently the Head of Human Resources at a Cardiff Based Third Sector organisation, having worked in retailing and hospitality previously. She feels very strongly that people are at the heart of an organisation and the overall strategies that underpin their engagement and performance are key to success.
Although Liz is not a tennis player, she has always taken a healthy interest in the positive value sport can have for the wellbeing of individuals and their neighbourhoods. Liz is keen to support the strategies and philosophy that makes tennis accessible to all and to support participation across all sectors of society in Wales.
In her spare time Liz is a season ticket holder for one of the South Wales football teams so really does understand the highs and lows and the emotional roller coaster that sport can be!
