What is your background?

I’m currently a student at Cardiff Metropolitan University studying sports coaching. I have mainly coached a variety of sports, from; gymnastics, rugby, netball, tennis to volleyball.

What do you like most about working at Tennis Wales?

So far it’s been an exciting challenge to see how an NGB works, especially as I’ve only had experience in the field, and now I can see what the NGB’s do in the background for sport. It’s a great learning experience for networking and office work.

What are your hobbies?

I currently play Aussies Rules for the Cardiff team which has been an exciting adventure, as well as regular bike rides and runs. I love keeping fit, spending time with friends and family, travelling and watching sports.

What is your favourite film?

Either the Lord of the Rings series or Harry Potter. My family and I used to watch these all the time, so there are great memories connected to these movies.

Where do you see yourself in 5 year’s time?

I hope to have travelled over all 7 continents, exploring all the different lifestyles and cultures. I’m not sure where I see myself workwise, hopefully in the sporting sector, but as long as I’m happy and enjoying myself I don’t mind where I am or what I’m doing.
