National Tennis Centre Booking Application Form

If you are interested in holding an event at the National Tennis Centre please provide us with the details of the proposed booking on this form. Once these details have been agreed we will provide you with a final order form setting out the final details of your booking. The terms set out in the final order form together with our standard terms and conditions (an example of which is attached as the Appendix), shall govern the use by the Hirer (as defined below) of the National Tennis Centre, 100 Priory Lane, Roehampton, London SW15 5JQ, and shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
