Subject to the paragraph below, each individual applying for general sale tickets shall be entitled to purchase a maximum of four tickets for either (or a combination of) Centre Court or Ground Admission inc. Unreserved Court 1, subject to availability, from the start of the general sale until the close of play on the last day of the Event.

Conditions For All Tickets

1. The LTA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any applications for tickets in excess of the permitted maximum.

2. Tickets are not refundable and may not be exchanged or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, moved to another venue, under the raincheck scheme specified on the LTA website or as otherwise set out in these terms and conditions.

3. Tickets to the Event may not be resold or transferred, or offered for sale or transfer, for a price that is above face value. Any such action will render the ticket (and at the LTA’s discretion any other ticket issued to the individual or the purchaser of those tickets) null and void (with no refund) and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be cancelled.

4. Unless tickets have been resold or transferred in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, tickets to the Event may only be used by the Applicant or (where more than one ticket has been issued to the Applicant) by the Applicant and one guest per extra ticket issued (the Guest(s)).

5. Any resale or transfer or attempt to resell or transfer any ticket by the Applicant or Guest in contravention of these Terms & Conditions will render the ticket (and at the LTA’s discretion any other ticket issued to the Applicant or Guest) null and void (with no refund) and all rights conferred or evidenced by such ticket shall be cancelled.

6. Anyone attempting to use an unlawful or invalid ticket, or otherwise enter or remain at the Event without a valid ticket will be seen as a trespasser and refused entry or evicted from the Event, and may be liable to legal action.

7. All tickets remain the property of the LTA at all times.

8. The Applicant acknowledges that the LTA cannot guarantee the length of play, the number of matches, the identity of the players or the stage of the tournament played on the day of the Event to which the Applicant’s ticket(s) relates. The Applicant acknowledges that there may be delays during and between matches, and that matches may start at different times on different courts.

9. As the Fever-Tree Championships is played outdoors, play is subject to the weather. If, due to unfavourable weather conditions on the day for which the Applicant’s ticket is valid, there is less than one non-consecutive hours’ play on the court to which the Applicant’s ticket gives access (Centre Court if a Centre Court ticket), or, in the case of a Ground Admission inc. Unreserved Court 1 ticket, if there is less than one non-consecutive hours’ play in total on the courts to which the Applicant’s ticket gives access (play occurring at the same time on different courts only being counted once), the Applicant may claim a refund to the full face value of the ticket.  If, due to unfavourable weather conditions on the day for which the Applicant’s ticket is valid, there is one hour or more but less than two non-consecutive hours’ play on the court to which the Applicant’s ticket gives access (Centre Court if a Centre Court ticket), or, in the case of a Ground Admission inc. Unreserved Court 1 ticket, if there is one hour or more but less than two non-consecutive hours’ play in total on the courts to which the Applicant’s ticket gives access (play occurring at the same time on different courts only being counted once), the Applicant may claim a refund to 50% of the face value of the ticket.  This does not apply where all of the play scheduled for that day for the court(s) which that ticket specifically gives access to (as above) has taken place (the latest version of the schedule, including revised schedules released on the day of play, shall apply for these purposes).  In such cases, no refund will be given. The duration of non-consecutive play is measured using official records of the court umpires.  No refund is available for evening Ground Admission inc. Unreserved Court 1 tickets. No refund is available for Friday 21, Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 June 2019 Ground Admission inc. Unreserved Court 1 tickets.

In the event that you purchased your ticket by cash, cheque or from the on-site Official Tournament Box Office, you will need to send this ticket, by 31 July 2019, with the name of the payee, address and full postcode in block capitals, to the Fever-Tree Championships Raincheck Department, See Tickets, 2nd Floor, Norfolk House, 47 Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham, NG1 2AB. No refund requests will be accepted after this date. The LTA cannot take responsibility for tickets lost in the post. Tickets will be refunded by cheque and sent to your registered address. Any transaction and booking fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed in GBP, within 28 days of receipt, provided the details we hold are correct. No claim will be made in favour of anyone other than the original purchaser and unless such claim is accompanied by this ticket. Further information on how to claim your refund can be found at www.lta.org.uk.  If you purchased your ticket via The Queen’s Club or Keith Prowse please contact them for information on how to claim your refund.

11. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to inform the LTA of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of tickets. The LTA accepts no liability for the Applicant’s failure to do so.  Please note that the LTA’s preferred method of contact for Applicants booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.

12. If tickets that are despatched are returned as "addressee unknown" or similar, the LTA reserves the right to cancel the tickets without further liability to the Applicant.

13. In order to prevent fraud and to protect both parties, the Applicant may be asked to provide additional information after the Applicant’s booking so that the Applicant’s purchase can be verified.

14. Where a ticket is lost or stolen, the LTA should be notified immediately and shall, subject to ascertaining and verifying the circumstances in which the ticket holder was in possession of the ticket and of the loss or theft of the ticket, make a duplicate ticket or tickets available for collection from the On-site Box Office during the Event.  Duplicate tickets will only be issued to the cardholder on production of the card used to pay for the tickets and photo identification.  Any duplicate tickets automatically invalidate the original ticket. It is the responsibility of the Applicant to report any seating issues, including sight lines, as soon as possible, and in any event on the day the Applicant attends the Event, Any seating issues or complaints not reported on the day the Applicant attends the Event will not be deemed valid and no action will be taken.

The LTA shall be entitled to refuse admission to, or eject from the Event, any person who does not comply with the conditions above or any other conditions set and communicated by the LTA for the Event or whose behaviour or conduct could in the reasonable opinion of the LTA or its authorised representatives constitute a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance or otherwise affect the enjoyment of other spectators or persons at the Event.

16. The LTA accepts no liability for any possessions of the Applicant or his or her Guest(s) confiscated or left unattended within the Venue.

17. These terms and conditions, and any related non-contractual obligations, are subject to the laws of England and Wales and the LTA and the Applicant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales (including in relation to non-contractual disputes).

18. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

19. These terms and conditions shall also apply for any separate or related event which may take place during the Event. Details of any such event and specific terms relating to it will be featured on the tournament website (or other website notified by the LTA).
