Ticket Enquiries
For ticketing enquiries which are not covered on the Tickets page of the website, please call the Ticket Factory on one of the numbers below:
- General bookings: (including disabled ticket purchases): 0844 581 4995* (9am - 7pm Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays)
- Group bookings: (10 or more people): 0800 640 5001 (8am – 5pm Monday – Friday)
*Calls cost 7p per minute from a BT landline plus your phone company’s access charge. Calls from mobiles will cost considerably more.
