Britain has a new Grand Slam champion in the face of wheelchair ace Gordon Reid!

Reid and Shingo Kunieda overcame Gustavo Fernandez and Nicolas Peifer 6-1, 7-6(1) in the final of the men’s doubles at Roland Garros. Well done, Gordon!

It wasn’t to be for Jordanne Whiley though as, partnering Yui Kamiji, they narrowly missed out on their seventh Grand Slam title when they went down 7-6(1), 3-6, (8-10) to Jiske Griffioen and Aniek Van Koot.
