Scotstoun Tennis Centre is part of a multi-sports venue, which also plays host to the Glasgow Warriors and Scotland’s national badminton academy. In 2014, it was the training venue for the 2014 Commonwealth Games.
The facility was first established in 1915 as a stadium and was named the Scotstoun Showgrounds. A large renovation project went underway in 2008, before it was reopened in 2010.
Each February, it holds a GB Pro-Series tournament, but the Glasgow Trophy will be its highest-level tournament in its 103-year history.
