Job Description

To be considered for the role you must be reliable and trustworthy with a friendly, positive approach to coaching. Willing to work with players of all ages and standards in groups and individually, including sessions in schools, you must be motivated and able to motivate. You will be keen to develop the players, yourself and the coaching programme to get more players playing more often.

 

The coach will lead group sessions for adults and children with the potential to coach individual and private groups. You will need to be engaging, energetic, and encouraging to grow the current programme.  The coach will also work on developing the current competition programme including mini/junior tournaments, Team Tennis and Team Challenges.

 

This role will involve working under the management board and attending regular business & coach development meetings. The coach will need to be available to work Monday to Sunday.

Overview of the Venue

G2E Sports aim is to make sports inclusive and achievable for all. The venue is based in North Crawley, Buckinghamshire.

 

Facilities include 2 full sized courts, 4 mini red courts, large club house, indoor provision and gym.

Person Specification

We believe this is a great role for the successful applicant as they can grow with the venue.

 

The successful applicant will need to be competent with basic administration roles, as well as coaching. They will need to be enthusiastic, passionate, dedicated, positive and driven.
