ClubSpark is a simple and flexible online venue management system that is dedicated to making life easier for tennis  venues and coaches. We provide this incredible online tool completely free to LTA Registered Venues and have built the system solely with tennis clubs and venues in mind. ClubSpark is continuing to be developed and evolved with additional functionality being added to improve the experienceand support for clubs and venues.

  ClubSpark is designed to integrate with your existing website, but if you are looking for a new one the ClubSpark website module can help you build a website quickly, easily and for free. You can customise the appearance and manage the content as you wish, all with no coding or technical knowledge. It provides your club with a mobile-friendly, attractive website.
• Manage your Coaching Programme
  Manage all bookings and payments online for your coaching programmes, making it easier and more customer-friendly for you to promote and sign-up new participants.
• Improved Communication
  Communicating with your members and club contacts is made easy through ClubSpark. Send messages and notices to all members or particular groupings of members quickly and simply - helping to keep members informed of what is happening at the club.

Club Development Plan

A long-term development plan helps all within the club understand the direction that the club is moving towards and identifies the step-by-step actions that members of the club need to achieve. 

A club development plan provides a basis for the committee to steer the club towards, and helps to ensure that the club is focussed on those areas that really will help the club achieve their aspirational goals.

How to write a club development plan

We recommend writing a four year club development plan and for information on how to write an effective plan please read the Club Development Plan Guidance.

Club Development Workshops

Our Club Development Workshop Programme provides a range of different courses tailored to the specific needs of tennis clubs.

Subject specialists deliver the workshops, providing informative and engaging sessions which actively encourage clubs to share their experiences and ask questions. As well as learning from the tutor leading the workshop, there are also opportunities to learn what other clubs are doing. Workshop topics include funding, governance, marketing, and social media & digital promotion.
