Job Description
Coaching an average of 40 hours per week in term time
Individual, paired and squad coaching
Mini Tennis, School and Performance players
Tournament Support
International travel for the right candidate (this is flexible)
Work as part of a team of 10 coaches and 4 S&C
Delivery of LPDC and RPDC programmes
Additional responsibility offered for the right candidate
Mentoring from top UK coaches
Part of a school programme that offers 9 different sports, 3 at Academy level
Team of 30 full-time sports coaches
Overview of the Venue
4 Framed fabric indoor courts
2 seasonal single skin courts
5 outdoor macadam courts
Swimming Pool
S&C Suite
Links to 10+ local schools
Person Specification
Good playing level preferred
Level 3 or top player who wants to take qualifications (we will fund)
Good communication
Able to work as part of a team
Desire to learn and develop
